And started walking straight back toward my bike.

Her entire family jumped out from behind the house!
They were clapping, laughing, and cheering.
Her father shook my hand.
Her mother gave me a hug.
Everyone smiled and said,
“Congratulations! You passed the test. We knew you’d be the right man for our daughter!”
They all thought I’d resisted temptation.
Meanwhile, I was standing there thinking,
